Philip Loscalzo

Philip LoScalzo is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a diverse background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at ImmunityBio, Inc., Philip previously held multiple senior roles at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., including Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, and several positions focusing on corporate compliance, ethics, and legal counsel. Earlier in the career, Philip was Assistant General Counsel for Commercial Cardiovascular at Sanofi and began as an Associate Attorney at Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
