Lilian Radesca

Lilian Radesca is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, currently serving as Sr. Director of External Manufacturing at ImmunoGen, Inc. since October 2018. Previous roles include Director of Outsourced Manufacturing at Gilead Sciences and Director of CMC Alliance Management at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in their career, Radesca held various leadership positions at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, contributing to process development and manufacturing. Radesca began the professional journey at DuPont Pharmaceuticals as a Sr. Scientist and served as a Visiting Fellow at the National Institutes of Health. Radesca holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Virginia Tech and an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de la República, along with additional studies at Rice University.
