Xiaojun Han

Xiaojun Han currently serves as the Scientific Director of ADC Chemistry at Immunome, Inc. since February 2025. Prior to this role, Xiaojun held the position of Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals from August 2023 to February 2025, where Xiaojun was the head chemist and lead inventor of Zentalis ADC platforms, contributing to a granted patent. From January 2021 to July 2023, Xiaojun served as Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals. Xiaojun has a significant tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. from 2000 to 2020, during which Xiaojun advanced through various roles, culminating as Principal Scientist, focusing on diverse projects including Pan αV Integrin Inhibitors and pharmacokinetic enhancements. Xiaojun holds a Post Doctorate from Harvard University and a PhD from Iowa State University, both in Organic Chemistry.
