David Quint

David Quint has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. David is currently the Non-Executive Chairman at OrganaBio, LLC since June 2018. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as a Director at Quartz Properties, a residential real estate developer, starting in July 2017. David also co-founded and directed ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC, a developer of FDA Blood Establishments, starting in August 2013.

From April 1999 to December 2020, David Quint worked as the Managing Director and Partner at Bayview Asset Management, LLC. Additionally, they co-founded Bayview Italia, S.r.L. in June 2016 and served until November 2020.

In the earlier stages of their career, David Quint held various positions at Bayview Lending Group, Lehman Brothers, Citi, Security Pacific National Bank (SPNB), and SAIC. At Bayview Lending Group, they held the role of Chief Executive Officer and President/COO of Bayview Financial. At Lehman Brothers, they served as the Co-CEO of Aurora Loan Services and held roles as Sr Vice President - Trading and Vice President - Mortgage Research.

David Quint started their career as a Credit Analyst at Citi and later worked as an Associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at Security Pacific National Bank. David was also an Engineer at Pacifica Technology, which was acquired by SAIC.

Overall, David Quint has demonstrated a breadth of experience in executive leadership, real estate development, biomedical ventures, asset management, and finance.

David Quint received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from UC San Diego, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance at The Wharton School, from 1988 to 1990.
