Dominique Curington began their work experience in 2010 as an Office Manager at Executive Look Optical, where they handled customer relations, marketing, and training for new hires. In 2011, they worked as an Organizational Development Associate at Cyberonics, where they identified training needs, implemented leadership training, and assisted with internal communications. From 2012 to 2019, they served as a Training and Development Specialist at Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. In 2019, they joined LED FastStart as a Talent Management Specialist. Recently, in 2022, Dominique started working at ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC as a Talent Development Manager and an Instructional Designer.

Dominique Curington completed a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Dominique received the "Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue-Trainer Certification" from Crucial Learning in May 2022. Furthermore, they are currently a Doctoral Candidate at Capella University, starting in September 2021.
