Jay Williams has extensive experience in development and construction roles within the food industry. Jay is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Development Officer at Newk's Eatery from October 2019 to April 2021. From 2014 to 2019, Jay held the role of Chief Development Officer at Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q. Before that, they were the Vice President of Development at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que from 2012 to 2017. Jay also worked as the Director of Construction and Development at Roti Modern Mediterranean from 2010 to 2012, and as the Senior Vice President of Development at Stir Crazy Asian Grill from 2008 to 2010. Jay started their career as the Director of Construction at Bonefish Grill from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, Jay worked as a Senior Project Manager at Gamma Construction Co. from 1994 to 2004.
Jay Williams attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
