Previously, Ian held the position of Technical Operations Manager at NetRefer from February 2021 to February 2024, and worked at ICON as Operations & Support Manager from August 2020 to February 2021. Ian has extensive experience in site reliability and systems administration, having held roles such as Site Reliability Team Lead and Senior System Administrator at Catena Media from October 2016 to August 2020, as well as System Administrator starting with LeoVegas from May 2015 to September 2016. Ian's educational background includes a Higher National Diploma in Networking and a National Diploma in Information Technology (Networking), both obtained from MCAST.
