Brittany Dávila

Brittany is a seasoned project and operations manager, with over a decade of experience in the education sector. She has devoted her career to fostering teams and environments that cultivate diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB).

Most recently, Brittany has served as the Senior Associate Director of Diversity Initiatives at New York University where she curates professional development opportunities centered on DEIB for administrative staff of the enrollment management (EM) division. As a member of the senior leadership team, Brittany strategizes on the organizational effectiveness and human capital management of the EM division, serves on the hiring committee for the admissions and recruitment team and also sits on the EM Diversity Committee, which represents over 300 professionals.

Prior to NYU, Brittany served on the admissions and recruitment teams at Barnard College of Columbia University and Fordham University. She has worked in organizations of widely varying size in progressively senior roles in project management, operations and systems management, recruitment, and staff development. Brittany earned her BA from Pitzer College and her MSE from Fordham University.
