From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the E-Commerce Manager at Salling, responsible for ecommerce, B2B sales, mail order, and online marketing. In 2016, Benno joined Krifa as an Ecommerce Consultant, where they created state-of-the-art digital personalized omnichannel user journeys for leads and members, built a marketing automation setup, and worked on various responsibilities such as lead nurturing, lead capture, growth marketing, GDPR compliance, data modeling, content modeling, online sales and marketing, conversion optimization, BI/KPI analytics, and project management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Marketing Automation Consultant at IMPACT Extend A/S.

IMPACT Extend is a sister company to IMPACT A/S, and together we are helping large, international customers in Cross Cloud setups for e.g., Hummel and Ball Group.
