Peter H. Bent

Peter H. Bent is a seasoned economist currently serving as a Manager at Impact Frontiers since 2023. Previously, Peter held positions as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Trinity College-Hartford from 2020 to 2023 and at The American University of Paris from 2018 to 2020. Peter's experience includes a brief tenure as a Visiting Researcher at Banque de France in 2016 and working as a Marie Curie Early Stage Research Fellow at the University of Oxford from 2014 to 2016. Peter began the academic journey as a Research Assistant at the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics in 2010-2011. Peter's academic qualifications include a PhD in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MSc in Economic History from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MA in Economics from the University of New Hampshire, a BA in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College, and studies in Wildlands at The American University in Cairo.
