Joanne Cox, BCC, is an experienced career coach and job search strategist with a professional career spanning over three decades. Since 1993, Joanne has worked independently, providing services such as personal assessment, career planning, resume writing, and interview preparation. Prior to this, Joanne held various positions at Spherion - Human Capital Consulting Group from 1993 to 2007, including Senior Consultant and Acting Managing Director, where responsibilities included career management coaching and client services. Earlier in their career, Joanne served as AVP and Assistant Manager of Human Resources at The First F.A., where contributions included employee recruiting and developing affirmative action programs. Joanne holds a BS in Business Administration with minors in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
