Laura Herring is the Founder and Chair Emeritus of IMPACT Group, a company Laura started in 1988 to assist relocating families with the stress of relocation. With a background in psychology and private practice, Laura saw the need for support in this area. Prior to IMPACT Group, Laura worked as a psychologist in private practice and consulting, specializing in communication, behavior change, and emotional differences. Laura also co-founded a training and consulting company focused on therapies like Ericksonian Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Throughout their career, Laura has been dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate transitions and challenges.
