Latika Rai

Latika Rai is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior General Manager of Human Resources at ImpactGuru since March 2018, Latika has held multiple progressive HR roles within the company, including General Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior to ImpactGuru, Latika worked as Corporate HR at Offing Group Private Limited for a brief period and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sutra Services Pvt. Ltd., contributing to one of Asia's fastest-growing HR companies. Latika holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Liverpool John Moores University and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Development from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, along with education from L S Raheja College of Arts and Commerce and St. Louis' Convent High School.
