Steven Burningham has a diverse work experience in various industries. Steven started their career as a Summer Associate at New Day Financial in 2006. In 2008, they worked as an Analyst at Deloitte Tax LLP and later that year, they also served as a Summer Associate at Peak Capital Partners. In 2009, they joined Junior Achievement of New York as a Volunteer Teacher, where they taught business principles and life skills to high school students. At the same time, they worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. In 2011, Steven became the President of Paragon Healthcare, a subsidiary of The Ensign Group, Inc. There, they successfully led the company's expansion and achieved consistent double-digit growth. Steven received the "CEO Award" in Home Health & Hospice and co-created best-practice processes and business models. In 2013, they founded Impact Healthcare and served as the CEO & Co-Founder. The company provides healthcare services in patients' homes across multiple states.
