Neil Gloudemans

Neil Gloudemans is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Field Services Engineer at Impact Networking, LLC since March 2024. Prior to this role, Neil worked at St. Norbert College for nearly eleven years, where positions included Information Security Analyst, Endpoint Administrator, Service Desk Team Lead, and Service Desk Specialist. Neil contributed significantly to the field of customer service, delivering presentations at various conferences on topics such as "Radical Customer Service" and "Information Security in the Cloud." Neil's earlier experience includes serving as a Special Education Aide at Phantom Knight School of Opportunity. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, Psychology, and Pre-Adolescent-Adolescent Education from St. Norbert College.
