Rich Murphy

Rich Murphy is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in engineering and support services. Currently serving as an Associate DevOps Engineer at Impact Networking, LLC since October 2022, Rich has previously held roles such as Senior Solutions Engineer and Solutions Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as a Dispatch Engineer at Ascend Technologies, Support Services Consultant at Peters & Associates, and various roles at DeVry Education Group, where responsibilities included maintaining an internal knowledge base and training analysts. Rich's career began with customer service roles, including Sales Associate at Kohl's Department Stores and PS3 Sales Associate at Advantage Sales & Marketing, along with a brief stint as an Environment Artist for a MOBA game. Rich holds an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences with a focus on Game and Interactive Media Design from Tribeca Flashpoint College.
