Shannon Cosgrove

Shannon Cosgrove is an accomplished professional in client services and marketing, currently serving as the Executive Director of Client Services at Impact Networking, LLC since June 2021. Shannon has progressed through various roles at Impact Networking, including Account Director, Account Supervisor, and Account Executive. Prior experience includes positions at Hub Group as a Senior Marketing Projects and Event Planner and Marketing Projects and Event Planner, as well as roles at Veridian Insurance and the Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois, where Shannon contributed as a Respite Care provider and Volunteer Coordinator/Community Outreach Facilitator, respectively. Additionally, Shannon interned at Serenity House and worked as a hostess at Ballydoyle Irish Pub & Restaurant. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, complemented by a minor in Human Relations and an Event Planning Certificate.
