Jen Davis Wickens is a prominent educational leader with extensive experience in the charter school sector. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Seminar since May 2024, Wickens facilitates a national community of charter leaders. Previously, as the Founder and Senior Advisor at Impact Public Schools, Wickens established the largest charter school network in Washington, significantly impacting over 1,600 students in Seattle, Tukwila, Tacoma, and Renton. Wickens' leadership at Impact Public Schools included designing a strategic plan that raised over $55 million and exceeding operational targets. With a background as Chief Regional Officer at Summit Public Schools, Wickens led the launch of Washington state's first public charter high schools, and co-founded the Washington State Charter Schools Association to support the public charter sector. Wickens' career began in teaching leadership roles at Highline Public Schools and Seattle Public Schools, backed by educational qualifications from prestigious institutions including Stanford University and Seattle University.
