Jessica Baumer is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in elementary education and school administration. Currently serving as the Founding Principal of Impact Public Schools, the largest charter school network for elementary education in the state, Jessica has played a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, free education to a significant student population. Previously, Jessica held various positions including Assistant Principal and Kindergarten Teacher, demonstrating a commitment to both student achievement and professional development. Notable prior roles include founding Assistant Principal of Instruction at Mays Academy with IDEA Public Schools, as well as significant contributions to early learning advocacy as Program Coordinator for First 5 FUNdamentals. Jessica holds a Master's Degree in Education from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Pacific Lutheran University.
