Andrei Ugarov

Andrei Ugarov is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit advisory and corporate finance. Currently serving as Managing Director of Credit Advisory at IMPACT46 since October 2022, Andrei focuses on developing innovative financing solutions in Saudi Arabia, including sukuks and credit funds. Previously, Andrei held the position of Senior Executive Officer at Sberbank, where the setup of the Abu Dhabi office facilitated partnerships with Middle Eastern investors. As a Partner at PwC, Andrei led the M&A and Corporate Finance practice in West Africa, and earlier, Andrei managed the Saudi office for The National Investor and advised family businesses at Financial Transaction House. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS and MEng in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
