Zahra Damariva is a seasoned professional in the tech and startup ecosystem, currently serving as Co-Founder & Partner (Operations) at Impactto since September 2019, where the focus is on connecting tech companies to the Indonesian market through knowledge democratization. Prior experience includes roles as Associate and Junior Associate at Impactto, contributing to strategic planning and advising on tech collaboration programs. Zahra also advises on program and curriculum development at Startup Studio Indonesia, which supports early-stage startups in Indonesia. Earlier work includes coordinating a workshop for media competition participants and serving as Music Director for a theatrical performance. Zahra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Indonesia and a high school diploma from Binus School Serpong.
