Currently serving as Chief Client Officer and Strategic Global Consultant at Imparta since April 2023, Lisa previously held the roles of EVP, Learning Experiences and Sr. Director, Design & Development at VantagePoint Performance from March 2015 to September 2023. Earlier career highlights include a consulting role at Murphy & Milano from 1992 to 1998 and training and development positions at MCI between 1986 and 1992. Academically, Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Development from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
