Michelle Nading, M.S., SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Impartner Software since January 2024, Michelle has previously held positions such as HR Manager at PyramidEdge Consulting and Green Country HR, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive HR functions, ensuring compliance, and handling employee relations. With a strong background in developing HR frameworks and providing strategic guidance, Michelle also worked as HR Manager and Client Services Director at Professional Driven Solutions, overseeing multiple HR areas and supporting management on various employee-related matters. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University and dual Bachelor's degrees in HR Management and Business Management from Missouri Southern State University, along with an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.
