Prior roles include Senior Presentations Administrator at Vanguard from September 2013 to March 2020 and Presentation Specialist at Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC from August 2009 to August 2013, highlighting a strong background in presentation development within UK-centric teams. Earlier experience at Invesco Ltd. spanned from April 2001 to August 2009, where responsibilities included serving as Presentation Specialist and Client Solutions Team Executive, focusing on client service and complaint resolution in alignment with industry standards.
