Maxwell Nzeadi has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Maxwell started their career as an intern at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd in 2012. Maxwell then worked as an associate at Federated Hermes - International from 2013 to 2014. Following that, they worked as a performance analyst at Legal & General Investment Management from 2015 to 2016. Maxwell then joined HSBC Global Asset Management as a performance analyst in 2017, where they worked until 2021. Maxwell then moved to Aviva Investors, where they served as a senior multi-asset performance analyst from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Maxwell holds the position of Associate Director - Portfolio Analytics & Performance at Impax Asset Management, which they joined in 2022.
