Paul also worked at Fishburn Hedges, where they acted as a consultant for several financial services organizations, including SunGard, ICAP, Liquidnet, and S&P Indices. Before that, they served as a Business Liaison Officer at Britain in Europe.

Paul French earned a First Class degree in Music from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
