Kristi McFarland

Kristi McFarland currently serves as the Chief People and Sustainability Officer and Board Member at Imperative Logistics Group®, leading social responsibility and talent functions since October 2022. In addition, Kristi is the Board Chair at Grand Central Bakery and was the Founder and Advisor at Purpose & Practice LLC from September 2021 to October 2022. Previously, Kristi held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at New Seasons Market, where responsibilities included mission stewardship and growth strategy from March 2014 to July 2020. Earlier roles include Co-President and Chief People Officer at New Seasons Market, VP of People at Peet's Coffee & Tea, and various leadership positions at Gap Inc. and Williams-Sonoma Inc. Kristi holds a BA in International Studies from Dickinson College, an MA in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and attended the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
