Mike Welch

Mike Welch is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in logistics and franchise operations. Currently serving as President of Magnate Worldwide® since 2015 and as a Partner at Magnate Capital Partners, LLC since June 2013, Mike has a proven track record in driving organizational success. Previously, Mike was a Franchise Owner for HoneyBaked Ham from 2008 to 2013 and served as CEO of Express-1 Expedited Solutions, Inc. for over two decades, where Mike led as a non-asset based premium logistics provider. Mike's early career included roles at Express-1, Inc., where Mike was CEO and former President. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a concentration in Marketing from Western Michigan University, completed between 1983 and 1986.
