Kani Kamara

Kani Kamara has over two decades of experience in human resources and equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) management. Since June 2002, Kani has served as the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Imperial College London, focusing on enhancing the impact and visibility of EDI initiatives within the institution. Prior to this role, Kani held various HR positions, including Equality and Diversity Manager, HR Manager, and HR Advisor at Semaschlumberger, and HR Advisor at BAE Systems from September 1995 to September 1999. Kani holds a BA Hons in Politics from the University of Portsmouth, achieved from 1991 to 1994.
