Cecille Faber

Cecille Faber, MBA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Since October 2021, Cecille has served as Human Resources Manager at Imperial Dade, overseeing turnover management, recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with legal obligations. Prior to this role, Cecille worked at Cintas from February 2016 to October 2021 in the same capacity, and earlier at View Heights Convalescent Hospital from July 2012 to February 2016, where responsibilities included benefits administration and employee training. Cecille's HR career began as a Specialist at the Center for Community and Family Services, where support was provided during a company merger. Academically, Cecille holds a Master's degree in International Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
