Mabel Meneses

Mabel Meneses is an accomplished Employee Relations Manager at Imperial Dade since May 2022, previously serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Gap from July 2019 to May 2022. Meneses provided strategic employee engagement support to over 2,100 personnel and District Managers across the US and Canada, focusing on key initiatives such as talent pipeline development, diversity and inclusion, and performance management. Notable achievements include founding the HR Operations Center to support employees during the COVID-19 pandemic and significantly increasing employee engagement scores while reducing turnover rates in a key region.
