Aleks Todosov, P.Eng, CMRP is a seasoned reliability engineering professional with extensive experience in asset management and risk optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Imperial Oil since September 2022, Aleks provides expertise in Kearl Lake reliability processes and oversees a substantial CAD $600 million annual maintenance budget. Previously, at the City of Calgary, Aleks designed the preventive maintenance development process and led a reliability-centered maintenance pilot program. With a decade-long tenure at Suncor Energy, key contributions included developing strategies for over 150 mobile assets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address significant operational challenges. Starting as a Fleet Engineer EIT at Finning (Canada), Aleks gained foundational experience in equipment troubleshooting and reliability projects. Aleks holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering with an Automotive Option from the University of Windsor.
