Nela Ondrejkova has a diverse work experience. Nela started their career in 2016 as a Catering Assistant at The University of Evansville, Grantham. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Waitress at Cafe Bilboe. In 2016, they also had a brief work experience as a Work Experience at The Belvoir House Care Home. Since June 2018, Nela has been working at Impero Software. Nela first served as the International Territory Manager and Head of International Renewals until July 2020. From July 2020 onwards, they held the position of International Partner Markets Executive. By December 2020, they took on the role of International Channel Manager at Impero Software.

Nela Ondrejkova completed their education from 2014-2015 at Priory Ruskin Academy, where they obtained a GCSE qualification.
