Jack Peel

Jack Peel has over 23 years of work experience in the technology industry. Jack started their career as a Product Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor in 1994. Jack then moved on to various roles at the same company, including Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, and Member of Technical Staff. In these positions, they led teams, automated lab testing systems, and built measurement systems using Linux and C. Jack also worked at Synapse Product Development as a Senior Software Engineer, where they created proof of concept systems based on ARM Cortex processors. Currently, they are a Principal Software Engineer at Impinj, where they focus on digital verification of ARM Cortex-M based devices and develops firmware and test environments using C/C++ and Python. Overall, Jack's experience includes firmware development, embedded systems, test circuit deployment, and software porting.

Jack Peel has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Jack also completed a Continuing Education program at the same university from 2011 to 2012, focusing on the Fundamentals of Embedded and Real-Time Systems.
