Xavier Deleplace is an experienced leader in venture capital and digital innovation, currently serving as Directeur général at Crédit Mutuel Innovation since September 2021. With a background in managing substantial funds, Xavier oversees €3.5 billion in capital at Crédit Mutuel Equity. Additionally, Xavier holds multiple non-executive director positions at AB Tasty, Implicity, HEMARINA, and Maria Schools, further contributing to the growth of these organizations. Prior experience includes Deputy Managing Director at Bpifrance Digital Venture, managing venture funds dedicated to SMEs.
