Hemanth Patil is an experienced technical support professional with a robust background in managing technical operations and escalations. Currently serving as the Technical Support Manager and Escalation Engineer at Imply since May 2019, Hemanth leads efforts to enhance support processes and boost customer satisfaction through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
