Anna Derivi-Castellanos is a seasoned marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Brand Manager at Impossible Foods since March 2021, Anna has held various roles including Consumer Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and Culinary Project Manager. Previously, Anna held the position of Director of Operations at KITCHENTOWN from February 2019 to October 2020 and was a Co-Owner of Three Babes Bakeshop from April 2011 to June 2018. Brown, M.D., Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry at Stanford University and a former Howard Hughes Medical Institute investigator.
