Elena Haskins is a Senior Research Associate at Impossible Foods, with prior experience as a Research Associate at the same company. Before joining Impossible Foods, Elena worked at Eli Lilly and Company as a Packaging Engineer and previously held the role of Drug Discovery and Development Intern.
