As Co-owner and Commercial Director at Impression since September 2014, Mikey has been instrumental in driving the agency's global growth through effective management of Sales, Marketing, and Client Service teams. Prior to this role, Mikey co-founded and served as Director at Spin4 LTD, an eCommerce gift buying platform, where valuable lessons were learned despite the venture's financial challenges. Mikey's career began at TUI Travel PLC as a Sales and Operations Executive from August 2011 to October 2013. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University, complemented by A levels from Sussex Downs College and GCSEs from Lewes Old Grammar School.
