Scott Way is an experienced legal professional with a comprehensive background in corporate governance, compliance, and business operations. Currently serving as Legal Advisor and Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Impulse Dynamics since November 2021, Scott has held various leadership roles, including General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer as an Independent Consultant, and President and Chief Operating Officer at Statera Spine. Prior roles encompass significant positions such as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at LDR Holding Corporation, Corporate Counsel at DJO Surgical, and Associate at prestigious law firms Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Skadden Arps.
