Keith Hammer MS, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Keith began their career in 2000 at Wimsatt Building Materials, where they served as Human Resources Manager and then Director of Human Resources. During their tenure, they designed numerous onboarding and training programs for varying disciplines, contributed to innovative benefit plan design, and achieved a sustained 50% reduction in OSHA Recordable injuries. In 2021, they presented an Employee Engagement strategy to executive leadership that led to Wimsatt Building Materials being named a 2021 Top Workplace by the Detroit Free Press, with workforce engagement increasing 23% Year-over-Year. In 2022, they joined IMRA America, Inc. as Human Resources & Operations Manager.

Keith Hammer MS, SPHR obtained their Master's of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Keith also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI, which they obtained in December 2021.
