Samina Kashif is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Warehouse and Transport at Imtiaz Super Market since October 2016, Samina oversees product availability for over 20,000 SKUs, ensuring timely and complete service delivery while collaborating with the commercial team to enhance vendor performance in the North region. Prior roles at Abudawood Pakistan included Manager of Capability and Innovation and Operations Manager, where responsibilities involved monitoring sales volume across numerous stores and leading a team to meet key performance indicators. Samina began the career as a Management Trainee, focusing on customer service and logistics, contributing to projects that established a manual warehouse management system. Samina holds an MSc in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Lancaster University, an MBA in Marketing Management from the Institute of Business Administration, and a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
