Irah Darling

Irah Darling is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in various roles within the compensation and payroll sectors. Currently serving as a Compensation Partner at In-N-Out Burger since February 2023, Irah has previously worked as a Compensation Analyst II at Stewart Title and as an Associate Compensation Analyst at First American Title. The career also includes positions as a Compensation Specialist and Payroll Representative at Carrington Holding Company, LLC, and as a Payroll Clerk at Solid Landings Behavioral Health. Irah began a professional journey as a Grant Writing Intern in Public Health at the Vietnamese American Cancer Foundation. Educationally, Irah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Policy from UC Irvine, completed in 2013.
