Taylor Gaffney, CSEP, has extensive experience in event management and customer service within the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Events Manager at In-Q-Tel since December 2016, Taylor has also held roles as Events & Conferences Specialist and External Affairs Coordinator. Prior experience includes working with the Washington Capitals from September 2014 to April 2022, where Taylor focused on enhancing the fan experience for VIP season ticket holders and assisted in various guest services and sales functions. Additionally, an internship with Girl Power Summer Camps involved organizing programs aimed at girls' empowerment. Taylor Gaffney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from George Mason University, earned in 2016.
