Lisa MacAllister

Lisa MacAllister, M.A.Ed, serves as a Recreation Coordinator at Vacaville Parks and Recreation since April 2021 and also works as a Substitute Zumba Instructor at Bliss Urban Arts Center and a Group Fitness Instructor at In-Shape Health Clubs, both positions held since June 2018 and July 2019, respectively. Previous experience includes working as an Office Technician in the Executive Directors Office at the California Medical Facility from August 2020 to July 2022, providing foster care through Solano County Children's Services from January 2006 to January 2011, and teaching preschool at Mrs. Lisa's Child Haven from March 2006 to December 2009. Earlier roles include positions as a Leasing Agent at Gadsten Apartments and various roles at Farmers Insurance ranging from Analyst to Customer Service Representative. Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Education/Special Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development with a minor in Psychology from Ashford University.
