Lauren Monks is currently the Director of Strategy and Operations at IN4 Group, where Lauren works on developing high-quality curriculum for schools and colleges in the North West to support young people entering the Cyber workforce. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at Salford City Academy, including Head of Curriculum & Careers, Aspiration Lead, and Curriculum Lead for various subjects. Lauren also worked as an Examiner for GCSE Sociology at OCR and as an Employment Consultant at BoltonWISE and Inspire 2 Independence (i2i). Lauren has a PGCE in Social Sciences from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Combined Honours Sociology with Education from the same university.
