Wendy Broekhoff

Wendy Broekhoff is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Head of HR (CHRO) at Inalfa Roof Systems Group since November 2024. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Head of HR (CHRO) and was a member of the Executive Committee at ADB SAFEGATE from October 2020 to October 2024, and at Ordina from September 2016 to October 2020. Wendy also was the Head of HR (CHRO) and a member of the management board at Royal BAM Group nv from September 2013 to August 2016. Earlier in Wendy's career, positions included HR Director MCR EMEA at Philips Healthcare from October 2007 to September 2013, Senior Consultant at Quint Wellington Redwood from October 2001 to September 2007, and Consultant at ConsultiuM from January 1997 to September 2001. Wendy holds an MBA in Management from Tilburg University (2004-2006) and a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences and Business from Wageningen University & Research (1993-1996).
