Jaanika Lill is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Inbank since April 2021, where focus is on enhancing employee experience and using digital solutions for growth. Prior to this, Jaanika held various leadership roles at Playtech from May 2016 to March 2021, including People Operations Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing HR operations across multiple offices, overseeing performance management processes, and enforcing workplace flexibility. Jaanika's career began at Eesti Energia, with roles ranging from HR Development Specialist to Training Assistant, contributing to HR development and training initiatives. Jaanika holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Tallinn University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Tartu. Additionally, Jaanika completed an exchange year at Groupe ESC Troyes and graduated with distinction in mathematics from Hugo Treffner Gymnasium.
