Rosa Blanca Martin

Rosa Blanca Martin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at INBRAIN Neuroelectronics since April 2024, responsible for all areas of HR including Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, while aligning HR strategies with executive leadership. Previously, Rosa held similar leadership roles at Porsche Digital Barcelona and Glovo, where Rosa was integral in executing people strategies and contributing to company culture during Glovo's unicorn status. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at ABA English, Global Head of HR at Kambi Sports Solutions, and various HR positions across different organizations. Rosa holds an MBA from EADA Business School, a Master's in Corporate Communication from EAE Business School, and a University Degree in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona, supplemented by an accreditation from Insights Discovery.
