Roger Hunter is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Group Operations Director EMEA at Inca Digital Printers since October 2016, Roger has focused on restructuring operations to enhance cost efficiency and product quality. Previous roles include Managing Director at Shearline Precision Engineering Ltd & Hybrid Laser Tech Ltd, where Roger developed and implemented business growth strategies, and Group Operations Director at Elektron Technology plc, responsible for multiple manufacturing plants. With extensive experience at AIXTRON SE, where Roger served as Vice President Operations and Managing Director, significant revenue growth was achieved through strategic outsourcing and operational improvements. Early career roles include various positions in procurement and materials management at Linx Printing Technologies, Thorn EMI Micrologic Ltd, and others. Roger holds a Higher National Certificate in Business and Finance from Anglia Ruskin University and additional qualifications in purchasing and electronics.
